This 12-week exercise program is designed for beginners to ease into a workout routine. It starts easy, and ramps up as the weeks go on.
All you need is yourself, a little bit of space and these exercise bands (under $20).
The program is run through a free app called MyPTHub, which has helpful videos for each exercise and an easy-to-follow flow for each workout. You will receive an email link to sign up for the app once you register and pay.
Cost of the 12-week program is just $100.
Or, if you sign up for my newsletter, $80.
(And, don’t worry, the newsletter will only have helpful exercise tips and links, and will not come out very often.)
